Trevor has a portfolio of non-executive / advisory roles at growing SMEs, is a volunteer business mentor to a number of smaller growing businesses and is a strong supporter of the Lord’s Taverners cricket charity. Trevor has a 33-year background in Corporate and Investment banking and has undertaken advisory roles at UBS Wealth, KPMG Enterprise and Lockton International. Married with two grown sons, Trevor is a keen squash player and a lover of most sports.

As Managing Partner of our business transformation practice, Matt has delivered multiple strategic and operations, finance and risk management platforms globally. Matt has brought together and led a team of leading Industry Practitioners and SMEs to create Panamoure, a delivery focused consultancy and technology delivery house that has genuine subject matter expertise and IT implementation know-how at its core.

Barry is a CTO/CIO with an industry background including Hospitality, Television Media, Judicial Services and Local/Central Government. He has driven and led many digital transformation and change programmes as well as developed project management offers, led international IT teams and developed award winning mobile software. Barry is accustomed to working with Private Equity houses to deliver ROI through a reduction in the TCO of IT, Cloud migrations, bespoke software development and delivering efficiencies as part of an overall business process re-engineering programme and has helped SMEs grow into larger organisations.

Devising strategy and nurturing global organisations through complex change programmes, he has ensured strategic scalable solutions are successfully embedded into each organisation.

Simon Farrell is an experienced consultant with a background in delivering major business transformation, IT infrastructure and application development projects to high levels of customer satisfaction, in multiple fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. With over 25 years’ experience in project and change management and over 20 years’ experience within the Retail, Financial Services and Utilities Industries. Simon has proven experience in the implementation of large-scale business systems such as CRM, ERP, and e-commerce and more recently has been supporting a number of medium sized businesses as a fractional CTO. Simon is highly successful at turning around underperforming and complex projects.

Graham, the CCO of Panamoure, is an experienced business leader with over 25 years’ of business strategy and operational management experience in large, small and early stage companies across multiple industries including Financial Services, FMCG and Media. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations Graham is responsible for overseeing Panamoure’s strategic partnerships and growth strategy. Primarily this involves developing collaborative relationships with clients and global business partners to ensure that Panamoure is positioned to deliver sustainable and innovative client-focused solutions.

Rohit is an accomplished technology leader with over 20 years of international experience in managing portfolios of multi-million dollar technology initiatives for many Fortune 100 organisations including Goldman Sachs, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and NBC. He has an extremely strong track record in the set up and execution of global technical operations (onsite-offshore). Rohit is leading our offshore development centre in Gurgaon, India. He was instrumental in the setting up of the ODC from scratch that has since delivered multi million pound programmes of complex technology change for a number of our global clients.

Rich has over 25 years of digital strategy experience working in the USA and UK. With a digital agency and blue chip consultancy background he has deep experience in the healthcare and financial services sectors. Comfortable in all sectors he has tended to focus on direct to consumer marketing, sales and customer services. He believes that data and analytics hold the key to businesses outperforming their peers. He set up and grew the data science practice at Capgemini Invent and drives the analytics and AI agenda at Panamoure.

Alistair Wooster has over 25 years’ global business change and digital transformation experience, working across different industry sectors, geographical markets, and portfolio of businesses ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Alistair has designed and delivered projects that drive innovation, efficiency, and business value through best practices across back and front operations, providing strategic solutions that utilise the latest technologies. Alistair has worked for a number of Private Equity houses and portfolio companies, accelerating asset growth and delivering improved EBITDA performance. Alistair has an MBA from Bayes Business School.

Sallianne David

Operations Director

Sallianne brings over 15 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager providing support to business leaders and founders, organising and coordinating demanding schedules, managing teams and projects in fast-paced and dynamic organisations. She gained a degree in Politics and International Relations from Lancaster University and was elected Social Secretary in her second year. Sallianne went on to achieve PRINCE2 in Project Management to Practitioner level. At Panamoure, Sallianne will drive efficiency and standardisation across the delivery team and use her experience to develop the back office team.

Assistant Manager - Finance

Deepak Satiya holds an MBA in Finance and has over 16-year experience managing corporate finance functions. He is responsible for all aspects of both UK and India finance functions covering Accounts Payable / Receivables, Compliances, Contracts, MIS, Invoicing, Taxation and Payroll. At Panamoure, he works with senior management to develop the annual operating budget for review and approval by the Board of Directors. He also prepares monthly financial reports & analysis and manages the maintenance of an accurate, up-to-date general ledger.

Mohit has over 8 years’ experience in technology and is passionate about building enterprise systems. He leads a team of software engineers across multiple projects in Web / Mobile apps, Cloud Computing, Data Warehousing and CRM etc. His focus is on ensuring continuous learning for his team and the implementation of best practices to provide high-quality deliverables for Panamoure’s clients.
