Essential Skills (Must have skills):

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Human Resources or Engineering
• 2-3 years experience implementing the D365 CRM applications (the most current versions)
• Experience working with CE Apps – D365 Sales, D365 Marketing, D365 Customer Service and D365 Field Service
• Working knowledge of PowerApps
• Experience with integration tools and 3rd party add on modules
• Knowledge of the product customisation process
• Has completed a minimum of one Full Life Cycle implementation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills

• Can demonstrate proficiency in technology practice

• Can lead project teams through design workshops and pilot environments
• Can develop data conversion and testing strategies

• Utilises approved methodology phases, activities and tasks to deliver quality work products for clearly defined projects in one of the following areas – Analysis, Design, Testing, Implementation, Support and Maintenance
• The ability to understand customer needs and perform a gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements
• Experience in creating project-specific documentation
• Responds promptly and professionally to customer requests and queries
• Can assist in training users on new processes and products
• Provides an excellent service to internal and external clients
• Can actively establish relationships with people at all levels
• Ability to maintain continuous, and open professional communication with clients, peers and management, listening to others and checking for understanding
