Location: Space ITech Park, Sector-49, Gurugram

Working Days: Monday to Friday (UK Timing)


Description and What You’ll Do:

As a Microsoft D365 CRM Consultant, you will work cross-functionally with clients, operations, and sales to help deliver value and improve processes for clients. You will offer shape value-added consulting solutions that enable clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Facilitating in discovery, design, development, and deployment activities
  • Managing resources and delivering project tasks, both externally and internally
  • Performing a gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements
  • Communicating and documenting system specifications for clients and team members
  • Documenting test scenarios and performing unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks
  • Providing an excellent customer experience throughout the project life cycle
  • Providing project status reports and accurate timelines of work
  • Conducting training for clients on how to use and maintain Dynamics D365
  • There may be a requirement to travel


Essential Skills (Must have skills):

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology
  • A Master’s Degree in Business or Technology
  • At least 2 years of experience in integrating Microsoft D365 CRM
  • Prior consulting experience
  • Has completed a minimum of one Full Life Cycle implementation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills


Technical Requirements:

  • Dynamics D365 Certification or NAV equivalent
  • Dynamics 365
  • Project Accounting
  • Knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts
  • Working knowledge of at least one software development methodology
  • Microsoft Platform skills
  • Microsoft Project
