Rich has over 25 years of digital strategy experience working in the USA and UK. With a digital agency and blue chip consultancy background he has deep experience in the healthcare and financial services sectors. Comfortable in all sectors he has tended to focus on direct to consumer marketing, sales and customer services.

He believes that data and analytics hold the key to businesses outperforming their peers. He set up and grew the data science practice at Capgemini Invent and drives the analytics and AI agenda at Panamoure.
