Nisha Bhardwaj

HR Manager

Nisha is a dynamic professional with a passion for HR and brings over 10 years’ experience in Human Resource Management with multiple IT MNC organisations. She has an MBA in HR, B. Tech in Computer Science and is also Six Sigma certified. As a strategic HR professional, her primary expertise is the management of people within organisations, focusing on policies and systems. At Panamoure, she has been taking initiatives to build a skilled and highly talented workforce along with experience in all gamut of Human resources i.e. Onboarding, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Statutory compliance.

Brooke Turner

HR & Marketing Executive

Having completed a four-year degree in Business and Human Resource Management at the University of Portsmouth, Brooke joins the back office team as HR and Marketing Executive. She brings an organisational and disciplined approach to tasks which led to the award of a First-Class Honours plus a commendation from the CIPD for the Best Final Year Project by a student on the HRM degree courses.

Alick Ashby

Finance & Marketing Executive

Alick joined the Panamoure team after completing a History and International Relations degree from the University of Reading. At Panamoure, he is encouraged to use his transferable skills to expand into the world of commerce, finance and future aspirations into the bigger world of financial management and fiscal studies. In the finance department, he reviews the current accounts as well as future forecasts. Within the marketing team, he works to spread awareness of Panamoure and locate new potential clients.

Sallianne David

Executive Assistant

Sallianne brings over 15 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager providing support to business leaders and founders, organising and coordinating demanding schedules, managing teams and projects in fast-paced and dynamic organisations. She gained a degree in Politics and International Relations from Lancaster University and was elected Social Secretary in her second year. Sallianne went on to achieve PRINCE2 in Project Management to Practitioner level. At Panamoure, Sallianne will drive efficiency and standardisation across the delivery team and use her experience to develop the back office team.
