The Challenge
Following the decision to separate from its parent group, a UK-based regional airport operator required the rapid creation of a fully independent IT organisation. With no internal IT team and the looming risk of disruption due to the parent company’s financial instability, the executive team needed an accelerated separation plan that would ensure operational continuity and support long-term growth. This was more than a standard IT carve-out—it required the design and delivery of a complete, future-ready IT ecosystem.
