A UK-based organisation needed to roll out a new ERP platform across multiple geographies to standardise operations and improve real-time visibility. Past transformation attempts had faltered due to low adoption and entrenched ways of working.
Panamoure kicked off the change adoption programme by initially mapping the people, process and technology impacts of the programme and redefined the global target operating model. We then ran targeted engagement sessions, creating global process owners and local process champions that bought into their roles and defined role-specific adoption plans for the teams. We worked closely with these process owners and operational leaders to ‘own’ and embed the change across the business. Feedback loops allowed us to address concerns head on and also to adjust training in real time.
 The transformation achieved smooth adoption with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations. The new target operating model processes became standardised where possible, fully adopted and employees reported greater clarity and confidence in their roles across the globe. The organisation was left with both a leaner, future-proofed operating model and a workforce better equipped to embrace future change.
